Mastering People Dynamics is a powerful personal development tool designed to give participants a greater understanding of themselves and, importantly, how others might see them. We use this understanding for relationship-based skills training and to give meaning to personal development issues; self-understanding leads to a better understanding of others and the process is built around managing interactions with other people.
